Physical description

Ebony clock case with inlaid ivory arabic numerals on 4 brass ball feet. The top is surmounted by a cornice with stepped framework of three tiers, with open parts of 'cage' backed with yellow silk. The upper part of the three tiers surmounted by a brass ball.
