Physical description
Brass fire shovel with a turned shaft featuring three knops and a ball knop at the the top. The shovel has a bell-shaped pan, with a join between the stem and the pan. The core of the stem went through the pan and was riveted in. There is wear on the shovel, particularly on the blade.
