Physical description

Handset for Hagenuk HomeHandy Pico cordless telephone, charcoal plastic body with rubberised buttons. All the buttons are black except for one red button with a phone symbol. All buttons are printed with numbers, with alternate lettering/codes printed to the side of each button. The handset has curved body to fit in the user's hand. Printed in white on the handset below the dialling screen is "hagenuk / Pico", and in a white rectangular box above the top tier of buttons is "DECT-GAP/ TECHNOLOGY". Close to base of handset are five holes for the microphone. At the top end of the handset are eleven holes set within a slightly dipped oval, which form the receiver / ear piece. The plastic back on the reverse of the phone is detachable, underneath this are the batteries. The base of the handset has two metal feet which fit into the telephone charger.

There is also a plastic and metal base, a power lead with an attached plug, a lead for connecting the telephone base to the wall socket, a spare plastic handset back, a plastic and rubber telephone charger and a printed paper instruction booklet.
