Physical description

Mug, from a coffee set, in glazed stoneware with a dark brown glazed body. The two lower thirds of the mug are decorated with paler brown and buff circles. The paler brown circles contain buff dots. Two larger buff coloured circles contain pale brown, single, stylised flower heads with a red centre. The mug rim is flared and the body is waisted above the decorated section. The mug was manufactured by Denby, early 1960s. The design is called 'Arabesque.' Has faint inscription on base.
