Physical description

Twin handled vase of squat globular form, the neck bulbous at the base and flaring towards the rim, with an olive green glaze, streaking over a turquoise glaze at the bottom half of the body. Stamped on base with the "BF" momogram for Burmantofts Faience and 194, the shape number. The base also has three spur marks.
